By accessing wmis.dev or engaging WMIS services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

WMIS provides website design, digital marketing, lead system setup, and business operations support to small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.

SMS Communications

If you check the optional text consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive one automated text message from WMIS.dev confirming your request. One message per request. Consent is not required to contact us or to buy any service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email christ@wmis.dev. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.

Payments

Service fees are due as specified in your service agreement. The $95 Systems Diagnostic fee is non-refundable once the session is completed.

Intellectual Property

Work product created by WMIS for clients becomes client property upon full payment. WMIS retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

WMIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
